AL-Rusafa criminal court sentenced [15year] imprison to the former Financial and Administrative Director General in NSC , to take by forgery for more than half billion ID . The case evidences disclosed that the accused [A, B,K] used his position and his relation with the former counselor in NSC . He made [6 armored vehicle] forgeries contracts in an amount [526] million and [500] thousand ID, then he transferred the amount to his personal account whereas the vehicles were a gift for the council.
Witness statement in the court stated that the accused published fake bid in national newspaper and made forgeries documents for car dealerships in the above-mentioned amount.
They clarified that BSA disclosed the documents were forgery. The General Traffic Directorate assured that three the above- mentioned vehicles were registered by the COM.
The court awarded to arrest the accused [A, B,K] and to put him in jail , so it confirmed the judicial decision to seize its assets and properties.
