Detectors from COI carried out (69) visits through the last June to directorate related with the facts of financial trusts for the senior officials in the state.
Prevention office in COI mentioned in a report that the visits included privet and governmental Banks , Traffic offices , Real estate registry , Companies registry and Stocks market in order to make sure of the mass deposits ,properties and belongings of those who encompasses of procedures of the financial trusts disclosure and their wives and sons and check out the growth this wreathes and comply its facts in place with verified items in the financial trusts discloser applications that presented by them .
The officials from the Prevention office gived five lectures on AL-Resafa educational directorate /1 employees included the public employment ethics and provisions of UNCAC and necessities of the signatures`s public states employees for the code of conduct which may be considered that legal document to obligate the employee toward his official responceplities and the nature of his connection with the petitioners and the judicial penalties against those who pass these provisions or didn`t sign on the code .
The report of the Prevention office in COI has indicated that their staffs audited (9112) copies from the code of conduct through the last June filled by employees from the variant state institutions while, others have documented (4281) another code.
The Prevention office has organized course for some of their employees in which they obtained lectures from experts in law related with the rules connected by illicit gain crimes in the Iraqi law and provisions of UNCAC.
