Experts and specialists in developing plans and productions recommended on the necessity of encouraging the Iraqi migrated qualifications and minds to return home and to invest their capabilities and powers in forming rebuilding and reconstructing the country in different fields.
The participants of the workshop that was organized by CoI for the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture focused on creating a short, medium and long term plans to rehabilitate the agricultural production entities (faunist and botanist) and increasing the national production to meet the Iraqi family daily needs and reducing importation.
The administrative and financial deputy for the Ministry of Agriculture (Ghazi AL-Aboodi) emphasized in the workshop “Ethics in Planning and its role in building the Iraqi Agricultural Sector”, on the need to apply applicable and clear implementing terms and mechanisms to ensure achieving the intended developmental aims and protecting the productivity process and its supervisors from falling down to the abyss of corruption.
The director general of the relations with NGOs office praised on the aforementioned point and stressed in his speech on supporting renovation and building plans combined with ethical guarantees for the executors as one of CoI main objects in most of the government institutions.
He pointed out the importance of the coordination of everybody within their different positions with CoI not as an institution but as a national case attached with the future as well as the life of citizens and as an ethical principle.
All the participants agreed that, to ensure the successful terms for any developing step in the agricultural or other productive sectors, we need firm field expertise and scientific qualifications to draft development programs and these plans need to be the essence of the specialized participants’ ideas and to express field needs in the targeted sectors.
