CoI made aware all citizens to be careful in applying the correct procedures and providing the required documents during requesting the public offices in order to insure accomplishing their petitions according to correct procedures and normal time and to avoid being victim to the bad persons.
In order to make citizens know the correct way to achieve their petitions, CoI made available and free a booklet including the accurate details to be taken in requesting number of the important and direct contact offices, the required documents in each office, fees and the cases in which the petition could not be achieved.

CoI made available many channels of contact and inform about corruption which could happen during the citizen requesting any public office such as hotline of investigation office or any of CoI investigation offices in governorates or by sending the information on e mail or by going directly to the involved office in Al karkh and Rusafa in Baghdad and other governorates.
Citizens can also inform CoI by sending a message to CoI offices other than investigation office or to the official institution and Civil Society organizations which insure delivering the information to CoI with the right of non revealing the name of the person in time the judicial orders of summon, arrest, detention and release are strictly issued by the judiciary.
