CoI report: Courts issue verdicts against public money offender

The specialized courts issued, last three months, verdicts against (205) convicts and they were referred to the judiciary after they were approved misusing of position.

 The legal office in CoI reported in its quarterly report that courts in (12) provinces, including Baghdad, issued (195) verdicts against those convicts and obliged them to turn back more than (397) Iraqi Million Dinars to State treasury.

The cases were distributed, according to the report, (21) cases from AL-Rysafa office, (17) from AL-Karkh office, (2) from Basra, (25) from Thiqar, (37) from Missan, (17) from Babel, (35) from Wasit, (12) from Muthana, (2) from Qadisyah, (13) from Nineveh, (11) from Kirkuk and (3) cases from Saladin.
