Within its activities for the last December, Prevention Office carried out auditing (10874) lists of code of conduct. While the number of documented lists amount to (2421). In the same time (125) forms of financial disclosure in the most ministries have been received and audited. They were including Supreme Judicial Council, Municipality Councils, The Commission for the Resolution of Real Property Disputes, Haj and Umra Commission, Iraqi Central Bank and Al-Shuhada`a Foundation.
(2795) financial disclosure1forms were documented. The majority ratio, (2410)forms, was to Ministry of Interior followed by (284) forms to Ministry of Defense and (34) forms to Municipality councils in the Provinces.
(19) visits were carried out by the office, three of them have been achieved by Facts Finding Dept. to the Companies Register, while (12) visits carried out by Transparency Dept. to Vehicles and Machines State Company – Central Shops State Company.
(4) visits were carried out by Code of Conduct Dept. to Ministry of Justice / Shura Al Dawla Council, Ministry of Culture / Inspector general Office and Al – Rasheed Hotel.
Prevention Office has participated in five training courses in (Human Rights,1Electronic Government for Middle and High leaderships, Public service Ethics,1Crises Management & Hard Situations and1Civil Defense & Safety Procedures).
