With presence of head of CoI Mr. Izat Tawfeeq, number of foreign embassies representatives and CoI director generals, a Toefland IC3 center was opened in Iraqi anti-corruption academy.
This center will provide great opportunity for government employees and people live in green zone who have desire to enter in special training courses to conduct the Toefl and IC3 test inside green zone. It receives requests to do the test from all government employees and other citizens from inside and outside green zone.

It worth mentioning that CoI previously opened Tomooh (ambition) center for teaching English language for its legists, investigators administrators and programmers to support its work. Each course lasts for about 18 months and after this period the graduate will be able to talk in English and communicate with those who speak English to perform CoI work related to extradition of abroad fugitives and Iraqi money.
The training is conducted by skilful teachers and according to modern scientific curricula.
