Al-Resafa criminal court issued various sentences for convicted persons in the case of money embezzlement from Baghdad municipality. The mother of the convicted (Zena) was sentenced with three years in prison as well as confiscation of five real estates registered under the convicted name.
Al-Resafa misdemeanor court sentenced the convicted husband with four years in prison, the convicted sister with two years in prison, one year in prison for the money-exchanger who transfers the money to the foreign banks and the last sentence was one year in prison for other money-exchanger.
