The highest rate of convicted was recorded in AL Karkh, Rysafa and Thi-qar investigation offices (130-69-58) convicted successively, while the highest rate of money, decided to be returned, was recorded in AL Rysafa investigation office which reached (1.324.550.000) Billion I.D
