The commission announced the issuance of new subpoena against one of parliament members in a case that investigated and referred to judiciary, knowingly, this case dated back to the time of assuming his position as a governor of Saladin.
In its talk about the details of case, CoI Investigation Office indicted that Al-Rusafa Investigation Court concerned with the integrity cases issued new subpoena against one of parliament members (former governor of Saladin province) regarding stated information in the audit report issued by I.G office in Ministry of Health.
The Office clarified that the report included using the vacancies in Saladin health directorate by governor without reference to the directorate, pointing out that the subpoena against the above accused issued according to the provisions of article (340) pc.
It is worth mentioning that the Commission announced this month that the Investigation Court concerned with integrity cases in Saladin issued a subpoena against the PM for expanding of IQDs(10,000,000,000) for not intended purposes during the period of assuming his position as a Governor of Saladin.
