COI revealed the issuance of subpoena against former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to a former Head of Kirkuk University.
COI’s Office of Investigation, talking about case details, mentioned that the court of investigation specialized with corruption cases in Kirkuk Province issued a subpoena against former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to the former Head of Kirkuk University on breaches in the contract for the site project gate of Kirkuk University.
The Office explained that the issuance of subpoena in the case it investigated and referred to the judiciary was issued according to the provisions of article 340 of PC.
