COI announced the issuance of subpoenas against the head of Kirkuk provincial council and number of its members in accordance with provisions of article 340 of P.C.
Investigations Office, referring to the case it investigated and referred to the judiciary, indicated that the court on integrity cases in Kirkuk issued subpoenas against head of provincial council in addition to 11 members, clarifying that the accused persons received salaries and benefits although their drop out of work.
The office announced the issuance of subpoenas against 6 members in Kirkuk provincial council on complaints related with appointment in the council.
