CoI’s Investigation office revealed that the CoI’s investigation directorate in Diwaniya province carried out a seizure operation on two trespasses lands owned by the state in Diwaniya province.
In the course of talking about the seizure operation details ex-ecuted according to a judicial memorandum, the office indicated that a work team of Al-Diwaniyah investigation directorate was able to seize two files of real-states belongs to the government trespassed by citizens in contrary to the law by registering the two properties under their names according to forged title deeds.
It added that the trespassers sold the two properties to other persons according to forged title deeds, indicating that the two real estates owned by the Iraqi National Intelligence Service valued to IQDs 500.000.000.
It is worth to be mentioned that CoI has announced on 14th of last May that it was able to thwart an attempt to take over a real-estate belongs to an expatriated citizens by illegal methods in Al-Diwaniyah.
