COI investigation office staff in Babel carried out seizure operation against the head of the coverage unite in Social Welfare Department in the province to facilitate petitions unlike regulations in returned for cash.

The accused was referred with the seized exhibits before the competent investigating judge who decided to detain him under investigation according to the article 240 of Penal Code.
