Investigation Office-Diyala Governorate seized manipulation with category of wheat received by the Iraqi Grain Company-Ministry of Trade.
The investigation office-COI, while it talking about the details of the operation carried out according to writ, indicated that the office staff seized the official and examiner of laboratory at Iraqi Grain Company- Diyala branch according to the provisions of the article331PC. The said employees changed the category of wheat received by company; they changed the wheat from class two to one against the controls and instructions causing a waste of public money.
The investigation office adding, that the investigation carried out by it led to seize the manipulated documents and 32.600 tons of manipulated wheat.
The two suspects with exhibits were sent to the specialized investigation judge, who decided to arrest them according to the attributed charge.
