Staff of CoI Investigation office in Al-Dewaniya was able to thwart an attempt to seize a property belong to one of expatriate citizen illegally as well as the fake proxy and forged documents used in the seizure attempt.
CoI investigation office, in the course of discussing the details of seizure operation implemented according to a judicial warrant, indicated that its staff at the province office was able to thwart an attempt to conveyance the ownership of a property belong to expatriate citizen through faked photo copy of her id with fake proxy. It mentioned that the procedures resulted in issuing an arrest warrant against the fake empowered person and other involved parties by the competent investigating judge.
