CoI’s Investigation office announced that staffs of Kirkuk Investigation Office were able to implement seizure operation resulted in returning of real estate ownership to State.
In the course of discussing case details, the Investigation Office indicated, that its staff were able to return property ownership belonging to the Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, was seized illegally of which foundations and piles were established to construct residential buildings on land located in the center of the province; pointing that the operation was under judicial seizure order in coordination with the fourth municipal sector in Kirkuk governorate.
The office indicated that official seizure minutes was organized and presented before the competent investigating judge attached with investigation document to take the appropriate legal actions.
It is worth be noted that CoI had announced in 11th of the current month the returning of five real estate in Kirkuk worth IQD’s three billions to the state ownership.
