COI Prevention Office revealed that it suggested to update data for those covered by the financial disclosure and those people alleged illegal enrichment.
The Office confirmed real estate approval on not circulating estate transactions and purchasing or providing copy of estate document or sketches before updating names of the owners in their data basis.
Approving this suggestion came after the investigation done by the Prevention Office about the covered people showed that their real estates have been extremely increased but had not been updating in the real estate office data which is supposed to be the source that the Prevention Office take information from it. Mentioning that recovering investigation operation on the transaction of sealing and gift real estates showed that the covered persons have not any registered property.
Approving this suggestion may enable the real estate’s office avoid any mistake upon demand covered people to sign a pledge on providing all information about their movable and immovable property, noted that real estate decided to take legal measures against those felt to do so, the Office added.
