CoI announced that their staff in Diyala investigation office was able to seize the Director of Khanaqeen real-estate registration red-handed forgery, clarifying that he manipulated with a real estate belonged to state.
Investigation office explained the details of seizing operation that was done under an arrest warrant by their staff to seize the defendant red- handed forgery in real estate petition illegally, which belongs to Ministry of Finance.
The initial investigations conducted by the team revealed that the above defendant registered the plot of land is (344) acres under names of persons in contrast with law.
At the same context, the above office revealed that the staff of CoI investigation directorate in Al-Basra was able to seize operation of manipulation and forgery in real-estate petition which area is (230 m2) located in the downtown.
The staff of directorate was able to seize the petition and all related documents, where duly seizure minutes with presumptions were organized and submitted before the competent investigation judge, who decided to open the case against each person, is involved in forgery and manipulation.
