Detecting information mentioned in TV report on (land plot) of Baghdad College Secondary

A report prepared by a team of CoI concluded that no real abuses occurred on the land belonging to Baghdad College Secondary; pointing to the existence of land plot next to the Secondary, detachment and prepared for sale as residential plots.

The report issued by CoI Prevention Office recommended, addressing Real Estate Registry Office and Christian Endowment, to know the real owner of next building to Baghdad College Secondary that had been demolished, clarifying that the building included (monastery and dorms).

The report showed that the Commission of Integrity formed a work team; to verify the information mentioned via news channels on October 2nd , observed by CoI Media Center. The team made several visits to the Secondary and met its director and number of employees who confirmed that there is no trespass on the land belonged to the Secondary and that the sold plots were the next plot to the secondary with the area of 7 dunums after demolition and has independent tittle of deed.

Team detection led to that Baghdad Secondary School using a building constructed since 1930 by association located at US- Boston, on a land of 32 dunums, which is independent of the church building, monastery and dorms that had been demolished and located in opposite the Secondary.

It should be noted that Commission of Integrity activated media observation (press, television, and internet) of corruption cases and refer it to presidency of the Commission, which in a number of cases ordered to form of an investigation and detection team concerning corruption or abuse on public funds, published via mass media, to take appropriate legal actions.
