CoI’s investigation office announced that it was able to control cases of forgery and manipulation of records and files of a number of land plots in the real estate registry directorate in Al-Dour district of Saladin governorate.
In the course of discussing details of seizing operation carried out under a judicial order, the office announced that the Judicial Control Unit and the Anti-Bribery Committee of the Commission`s investigation office in the governorate, which moved to the real estate registration department in the district, were able to arrest the head of the directorate for falsifying 17 files and records of land plots with forged records and files.
A seizure minutes of the seized exhibits was organized and presented with the accused to the competent investigating judge to take the necessary legal actions.
