The COI Directorate of Investigation of Basra announced that it was able to seize manipulation of real estate in the main record of many estates in Abu Al-Khasib distract in Basra province under false documents.
The Directorate explained, in its talk about the details of the operation carried out under a writ that the Directorate’s staff carried out several operations to seize the cases of manipulation of five properties located in Abu Al-Khasib distract, noting that the seizure of these properties was done under false documents in the main record of three real estate’s 19 acres and it indicated that the operation implemented according to judicial memo.
The Directorate explained, in its talk about the details of the operation carried out under a writ that the Directorate’s staff carried out several operations to seize the cases of manipulation in the main record, noting that the transferring of these properties to other persons were done under false documents.
The Directorate confirmed that all the seizures, as well as the investigative documents, were included within a proper seizure minute and presented to the investigating judge to take the appropriate measures.
The COI revealed on 8 August that it was able to seize manipulation of real estate of four acres in Shatt al-Arab district under false documents.
